STEP 1. If you have never been a licensed operator you will need to first go to the FCC website and register for a FRN # at this
link: https://www.fcc.gov/wireless/support/knowledge-base/universal-licensing-system-uls-resources/getting-fcc-registration
This next LINK will give you step-by-step instructions on how to maneuver around the FCC cores website to obtain that FRN #.

Then the following items will be needed for testing.
1. A copy of your current valid DL or photo ID.
2. A copy of your FRN # from the FCC website.
3. IMPORTANT INFO TO RETAIN FOR YOUR RECORDS: Your email address (should be the same one you use with
obtaining your FRN # with for updates, notifications, and/or changes to your FCC licenses or cores account.
4. Your full name as it is listed on the FCC website, your mailing address, and phone number.
